How the Program Works
Refer a business to ServeHub and earn a share of what they pay us. When a business you send our way subscribes to a paid plan, you earn 50% of the subscription revenue we collect from them for their first 6 months. No fees, no quotas, and nothing to track manually.
You earn on money we actually collect. If a business pays for three months and cancels, you earned on those three months — there is never a penalty to you for a cancellation.
What You Earn
50% of the revenue we collect, on every paid plan, for the first 6 billing cycles. Amounts below are per referred business.

First 6 months only: after the 6th payment, that referral stops earning. This keeps things simple and lets us reward lots of referrals rather than a few forever.
Annual plans: paid in one lump, but you earn the equivalent of 6 months of it — for example, $150 on a $600 Pro Annual, not 50% of the whole year.
Getting Started
We create your account and generate your unique referral code. Your link is simply our site with your code attached:
Share it wherever your audience is — your website, newsletter, a client email, a social post, or a talk. Any page on servehub.co works; the referral is captured across the whole site, so you can link to the homepage, pricing, or any feature page.
How Referral Credit Works
We keep attribution simple and fair.
First click wins: the first affiliate link a new visitor clicks is the one credited — permanently. If they later click someone else's link, your credit stands.
Remembered for 60 days: a visitor can click today and sign up weeks later; you're still credited, as long as it's within 60 days of their first click.
One partner per business: each referred business is tied to a single affiliate, locked in when they sign up.
New businesses only: we can only credit businesses that are new to ServeHub. If someone already has an account, a referral link can't claim them.
How & When You Get Paid
Bank transfer: we pay partners in Canada or the United States by bank transfer.
A short waiting period: each commission becomes payable about 90 days after the payment it's based on. This protects both of us — if a business gets a refund or their bank reverses a charge, that commission simply isn't paid.
Paid on kept revenue: if a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is removed. You earn on money ServeHub keeps.
Grouped by currency: Canadian and US dollars are never mixed in one transfer.
Program Rules
Keep it clean and everyone wins. Two rules matter most:
- No referring yourself. You can't earn commission on your own ServeHub account or one you control. Referrals must be genuinely new, independent businesses.
- No bidding on the ServeHub brand. Please don't run paid search ads on “ServeHub” or similar brand terms — that traffic is already ours, so it can't be credited as a referral.
Beyond that: represent ServeHub honestly, don't spam, and don't promise things the product doesn't do. Accounts that break these rules may be paused or removed from the program.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does a referral start earning? On the business's first paid subscription payment. Free trials and $0 invoices don't earn anything and don't use up any of the 6 months.
What if they start on Plus and upgrade to Pro? You earn on whatever they actually pay, cycle by cycle, for the first 6 months — so an upgrade means you earn more on the cycles after it.
Do I earn forever? No — the first 6 months per referred business. But you can refer as many businesses as you like.
