Jobber’s figures are in US dollars, from their own pricing page (getjobber.com/pricing), checked November 3, 2026. The yearly totals are their monthly figure times twelve. Prices change, so check before you decide.
Jobber also sells a third option, a one-year commitment billed monthly, priced between these two columns. *Jobber lists Core for one user and says “Add users for $29/mo each”, with no price for Core at five users, so that row is our sum.
ServeHub charges the same number in USD or CAD: $20 is US$20 if you are billed in US dollars and CA$20 if you are billed in Canadian dollars. Both plans include your whole team and start with a 14-day free trial, card required. Jobber’s 14-day trial is on its Grow plan and asks for no card.

Where Jobber still has an edge
Jobber has been around longer and has a much bigger integration marketplace: 100+ tools, plus QuickBooks Online and Xero sync from its Connect plan up. It also does things ServeHub doesn't: route planning and GPS tracking from Connect up, and two-way texting from Grow up. If you depend on any of those, that's a fair reason to stay. Their mobile app is also a known commodity for crews who've used it for years. ServeHub integrates with the tools owners ask for most (Stripe for payments, Mailgun for email, Twilio for texting), but the catalog is much smaller. QuickBooks Online sync is built and not yet available to customers — it's waiting on Intuit's app review, so treat it as coming, not as something you can turn on today.

Frequently asked questions
Can I import my Jobber data into ServeHub?
Not as a file, no — ServeHub has no bulk importer today. Jobber will export your customers and jobs as CSV, and that export is worth keeping for your records, but ServeHub can't ingest it. Customers are added in the app, or arrive as leads from your website, estimate widget and AI phone assistant. Enter your active customers first and you can be sending estimates the same day, with the back catalogue filling in over time. Free onboarding support is included.
Is ServeHub cheaper than Jobber?
For most teams: yes, especially as your crew grows. Jobber prices per user, so the bill climbs every time you hire. ServeHub never charges per user — every plan takes as many team members as you like, so adding people doesn't change the price. ServeHub has two plans and they unlock different features (local SEO pages, service templates, AI limits), but none of them meter seats.
Is there a free alternative to Jobber?
Not one that covers the whole job. Connecteam, Square Appointments and Workiz have offered free tiers for narrower needs like crew scheduling, booking or dispatch. ServeHub isn't free either: a 14-day free trial with a card, then from $20 a month with unlimited users. Its invoice and estimate generators are free with no account.
Does ServeHub have a mobile app for crews?
ServeHub is mobile-first and works on any phone via the browser, plus a native iOS app on the App Store. An Android app is not available yet, so Android crews use the mobile web app. Crews see the day's schedule, customer notes, scope of work, and can capture photos and process payment from the field. ServeHub needs a connection — there is no offline mode.
What about QuickBooks integration?
Not yet. QuickBooks Online sync is built, but it's still in development and waiting on Intuit's app review, so no ServeHub customer can switch it on today. QuickBooks Desktop isn't supported at all. If QuickBooks sync matters to your bookkeeping right now, Jobber has it and ServeHub doesn't — that's a fair reason to stay where you are.
Can I keep my existing customer phone numbers and emails?
Yes — but you'll re-enter them. There's no importer, so phone numbers and emails are typed in when you add a customer, or come in with the lead. Existing communication threads (text/email) live in Jobber but new ones flow through ServeHub once you've switched.
