AI Website

Generating Your AI Website

ServeHub can generate a complete business website for you using AI. The generated site includes a headline, about section, service descriptions, testimonials, and SEO metadata -- all based on your business profile.

  1. Open the sidebar and click Website.
  2. Click Generate with AI. ServeHub will use your company name, services, and location to create the content.
  3. Review the generated sections and make any edits you want.
  4. When you are satisfied, click Publish to make the site live.

Tip: Fill out your business settings (company name, address, phone, and services) before generating. The more information the AI has, the better your website content will be.

Customizing Sections

Your website is made up of individual sections that you can edit, reorder, or toggle on and off.

Hero: The main banner at the top of your site with your headline, subheadline, and a call-to-action button.

Services: A list of services you offer with descriptions. These are pulled from your service templates and can be edited.

About: A section about your business, your story, and what makes you different.

Gallery: Upload photos of your completed work to showcase your quality.

Testimonials: Customer quotes and reviews. AI can generate sample testimonials, or you can add real ones.

FAQ: Frequently asked questions about your services. Helps with customer confidence and SEO.

Contact: A contact form that captures visitor details and creates a lead in your CRM.

Themes & Appearance

Choose a colour theme that matches your brand. Each theme applies a cohesive colour palette across your entire website.

Available themes: Emerald, Blue, Indigo, Violet, Amber, Rose, and Slate.

Switching themes: Go to the Website editor and select a different theme from the dropdown. The preview updates instantly so you can compare options.

Hero image: Upload a high-quality photo for the hero banner. This is the first thing visitors see, so choose an image that represents your work.

Gallery images: Upload multiple photos to the gallery section. Drag to reorder them.

Tip: Use high-resolution photos of your actual work in the hero and gallery sections. Real project photos build more trust than stock images.

Publishing & Unpublishing

Control when your website is visible to the public. You can publish, unpublish, and re-publish at any time.

Publish: Click Publish in the Website editor to make your site live. It will be accessible at your unique ServeHub URL.

Unpublish: If you need to take the site offline for edits, click Unpublish. Visitors will see a placeholder page until you publish again.

Preview: Use the preview button to see how your site looks before publishing. This lets you catch any issues with layout or content.

Contact Form & Leads

Your website includes a built-in contact form that turns visitors into leads in your CRM.

How it works: When a visitor fills out the contact form, ServeHub creates a new customer record with their name, email, phone, and message.

Lead notification: You receive an email notification whenever a new lead comes in through the contact form, so you can follow up quickly.

Customer record: The new lead appears in your Customers list with a source tag indicating they came from the website.

Tip: Respond to website leads within the first hour for the best chance of converting them into paying customers.
