Implementation Checklist

Use this to launch ServeHub across sales, field, and finance — set up in days, not weeks.

Day 0

Configure

  • Set your business profile (time zone and logo).
  • Build your pricing library: materials, labour rates, services/products, and tax rates.
  • Invite teammates and assign access (Business admin or Employee).
  • Create contract and invoice templates with the placeholders you need.
Day 1–3

Build sales motion

  • Create section-based estimates and confirm overhead + margin settings.
  • Add a few real customers with email and phone details.
  • Send a test estimate and contract to yourself; verify email/SMS and signature flow.
Day 4–7

Pilot job

  • Convert the signed contract into a job and confirm copied items.
  • Assign users, schedule dates, and add crew notes + photos.
  • Generate a deposit or progress invoice; send via email/SMS.
Ongoing

Keep it running

  • Monitor the pipeline for pending contracts and invoices.
  • Track job expenses and profitability trends.
  • Send reminders for unsigned contracts and unpaid invoices.
