ServeHub vs Service Fusion

Looking for a Service Fusion alternative? Try ServeHub.

Service Fusion and ServeHub both target field-service businesses, but the pricing model, AI features, and what's included on each plan are very different. Here's an honest comparison.

7-day free trial · no credit card · unlimited users

Service Fusion is a multi-trade field-service CRM with a decent feature set across estimating, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting integration. ServeHub is the newer alternative, and its pricing works on one idea: you are never billed per seat. Every plan — including the free one — takes unlimited team members, so adding a tech never changes your bill. ServeHub does have paid plans, and some things (SMS, custom domain, service templates) do sit on them, but headcount is never the lever. On top of that: AI tools and free public utilities (generators and calculators) that drive inbound traffic. If Service Fusion's per-user tiers have you rationing logins, ServeHub is built differently.

Where ServeHub pulls ahead

Unlimited users on every plan

Service Fusion tiers cap user count and lock features like e-signature behind higher plans. ServeHub never charges per seat: add your whole crew on any plan, the free one included, and the bill doesn't move. Estimates with e-signature are on every plan too. ServeHub does have paid plans — SMS, custom domain and service templates sit on them — but the size of your team is never what you're paying for.

AI tools included, not absent

The AI phone assistant (picks up missed calls), AI proposal and site content, and AI follow-ups come with the Plus and Pro plans — no add-on pricing, and no per-user charge on top. Service Fusion doesn't ship these natively.

Free public website per business

Every ServeHub business gets a polished, AI-generated public website at /site/your-token. Service Fusion doesn't include a website builder.

Free SEO utilities that pull leads

ServeHub's public generators and calculators are SEO-optimized and bring inbound traffic. Service Fusion doesn't publish equivalents.

Honest take

Where Service Fusion still has an edge

Service Fusion has 10+ years in the field-service space and a mature integration ecosystem, including QuickBooks Desktop sync (still important for many shops), customer financing through FundBox, and an established partner network. If you're tied to specific Service Fusion integrations or you rely on customer financing as a closing tool, those are real reasons to weigh staying.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I migrate from Service Fusion to ServeHub?

Yes, but know this first: ServeHub has no bulk importer today. Service Fusion's CSV export is worth taking for your own records, but nothing loads it into ServeHub — customers are added in the app, or arrive as leads from your website, estimate widget and AI phone assistant. Enter your active customers as you work; your first estimate can go out the same day, and the back catalogue fills in over time. Free migration support is included.

Is ServeHub cheaper than Service Fusion?

For most teams past 2-3 users, yes — especially compared to Service Fusion's Pro tier, because ServeHub's price doesn't move when you add people. ServeHub does have tiers of its own (a free plan, Plus, and Pro), so compare the feature list too, not just the headline number — but the number of logins is never part of it.

Does ServeHub support multi-trade businesses?

Yes. ServeHub has trade-specific landing pages and templates for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, painting, cleaning, roofing, and 11 more trades. Multi-trade shops keep every trade's services in one catalogue on a single ServeHub account. (Reusable service templates are a Pro-plan feature.)

What about QuickBooks?

Not yet, on either. ServeHub's QuickBooks Online sync is built but not yet available to customers — it's waiting on Intuit's approval, so no ServeHub account can turn it on today. QuickBooks Desktop isn't supported at all. If either sync matters to your books right now, Service Fusion has both and that's a real reason to stay.

Does ServeHub offer customer financing?

No. ServeHub takes card payments through Stripe on every plan, including the free one, but there's no financing product. Service Fusion has FundBox and GoCardless integrations if customer financing is core to your sales motion.
